Jurnal Sekolah Dasar (JSD) is an academic journal published by the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. The journal focuses on basic education research and disciplined inquiry into the teaching and learning of elementary school. Jurnal Sekolah Dasar (JSD) has been accredited by National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) managed by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education, Republic Indonesia, with SINTA (Grade 4) since Vol. 7 No. 2, 2019 to Vol. 12 No. 1, 2027, according to the decree No. 79/E/KPT/2023.

The articles published in Jurnal Sekolah Dasar (JSD) are articles based on research (priority) and scientific review articles regarding contemporary phenomena in the field of elementary school education. The publication of Jurnal Sekolah Dasar (JSD) occurs twice a year, specifically in March and September. The articles published in the Jurnal Sekolah Dasar (JSD) are articles that have been through the Double-Blind Peer Review process by the eligible reviewer.

The scope of the journal is:
