Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh integrasi antara Work Life Balance dan Employee Engagement terhadap Loyalitas Karyawan di PT. Serba Jaya Era Digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif verifikatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner kepada 100 karyawan tetap yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Work Life Balance dan Employee Engagement secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Strategi integrasi keduanya terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung keseimbangan hidup dan keterlibatan emosional, sehingga mendorong loyalitas karyawan jangka panjang.
