Abstrak

Inflamasi merupakan respon tubuh apabila ada paparan yang berbahaya dalam upaya meningkatkan imunitas.  Inflamasi yang tidak ditangani dengan baik dapat menyebabkan penyakit degeratif . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisi potensi daun jawer kotok sebagai anti inflamasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode insilico molecular docking dengan bahan ligan uji merupakan senyawa aktif dari daun jawer kotok dan reseptor target COX-2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ligan uji Antosianin menunjukkan interaksi terbaik sebagai inhibitor reseptor target yang ditunjukkan dengan  nilai energi afinitas terbaik dibanding ligan uji lainnya
