Author Guidelines
This guideline is prepared to assist authors in preparing manuscripts before submission to Techno Xplore. All manuscripts must be prepared according to the following format in order to be processed by the editor.
1. Title and Author Information
- The title should be concise, clear, and reflect the content of the research.
- Only the first letter of the title should be capitalized.
- Use Times New Roman 15 pt, not bold.
- Author names should be written without academic titles.
- Affiliations should be written in the following order: Department, Faculty, Institution.
- Email addresses must be provided for each author.

2. Abstract
- Written in Indonesian.
- Maximum of 250 words.
- Use Times New Roman 10 pt, single-spaced, one paragraph.
- The English abstract should be written in italics.
- If the article is written in English, only one abstract (in English) is required.
- The abstract should contain objectives, methods, main results, and conclusions.
3. Keywords
- Consist of 3–5 keywords.
- Written in lowercase letters, except for abbreviations.
- Separated by commas. Example: information systems, computing technology, data mining
4. Manuscript Structure
The manuscript should be organized as follows:
- Introduction
Contains background, a brief literature review, research rationale, and research objectives. - Research Method
Explains the steps, processes, design, analysis techniques, or approaches used. - Results and Discussion
Presents research findings along with analysis and discussion. - Conclusion
Summarizes the main findings and research implications. - Acknowledgments (optional)
- References
Written according to the IEEE standard.
Section headings should be written in Times New Roman 10 pt, bold.
5. Research Method (Additional Explanation)
Authors must describe the research method concisely yet clearly, including:
- the size, parameters, or variables used,
- data collection techniques,
- research procedures,
- for new methods, detailed explanations to allow replication,
- for commonly used methods, references to relevant literature are sufficient.
6. Manuscript Length
- Written on A4 paper.
- Total length of 6–15 pages, including tables, figures, and references.
- Must follow the official journal template.
7. Tables
- Numbered consecutively (Table 1, Table 2, etc.).
- Table titles are placed above the table and center-aligned.
- Use Times New Roman 8 pt.
- All tables must be referenced in the manuscript text.
8. Figures
- Numbered consecutively (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.).
- Figure captions are placed below the figure and center-aligned.
- Use Times New Roman 8 pt.
- All figures must be referenced in the manuscript text.
9. Page Layout
- Use Times New Roman font throughout the manuscript.
- Single spacing.
- Justified alignment.
- A4 paper size (210 × 297 mm).
- Margins of 25 mm on all sides.
- Authors are encouraged to write directly using the journal template to facilitate formatting.
10. References
- Use the IEEE referencing standard.
- Authors are encouraged to use reference management tools such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote.
- All listed references must be cited in the text.
- A minimum of 15 primary and recent references (from the last five years) is required.
