Abstract

Politics in Indonesia has currently experienced a decline in quality. This can be seen from the increasing number of unhealthy political behavior of citizens, politics based on hatred, even when the political choices are different, will trigger hostility whose purpose is to bring each other down. This research aims to reveal how the values of Pancasila can be used as the basis for political education for young citizens to be able to do politics in a civilized manner. The method used in this study is descriptive and analytical with a qualitative approach. Analyze data from various sources of scientific articles by reducing data, presenting, and drawing conclusions after the data obtained is saturated. The results of the study show that by instilling, living and immaphing the values of Pancasila in young citizens, they build a polite, virtuous political civilization, and respect the dignity and dignity of human beings equally.
