KETERKAITAN PASAL RUKUHPIDANA DENGAN CYBER LAW, SEBAGAI PELAKSANA ASAS LEX POSTERIOR DEROGAT LEGI PRIORI

Abstract

Asas lex posteriori derogat legi priori dengan pengertian bahwa undang-undang baru itu merubah atau meniadakan undang-undang lama yang mengatur materi yang sama. mengatur masalah yang sama dalam hierarki yang sama. Sebagai pembaruan KUHP yang lama, RUU KUHP, akan mulai berlaku setelah tahun terhitung sejak tanggal diundangkan, berdasarkan Pasal 624 KUHP. RUU KUHP ada terkaitan dengan cyber law, sebab Banyak mengatur Aktivitas Kejahatan Cyber, atau Cybercrime.

The Criminal Code Bill is related to cyber law, because it regulates a lot of Cybercrime Activities, or Cybercrime.
