PENGARUH KINERJA ORGASNISASI DAN KOMPETENSI KARYAWAN TERHADAP PENCAPAIAN VISI MISI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja organisasi dan kompetensi karyawan terhadap pencapaian visi dan misi Universitas Buana Perjuangan (UBP) Karawang. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari pentingnya sinergi antara efektivitas tata kelola organisasi dan kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam mewujudkan arah strategis perguruan tinggi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 78 responden, terdiri atas dosen dan tenaga kependidikan tetap UBP Karawang. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kinerja organisasi maupun kompetensi karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pencapaian visi dan misi universitas, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kinerja organisasi memberikan pengaruh lebih dominan dibanding kompetensi karyawan, dengan nilai R² sebesar 0,534 yang menunjukkan bahwa 53,4% variasi pencapaian visi dan misi dijelaskan oleh kedua variabel tersebut. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa efektivitas tata kelola, koordinasi lintas unit, serta pengembangan kompetensi profesional dan sikap kerja berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja institusional. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya penguatan manajemen mutu dan pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan sebagai strategi utama dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi perguruan tinggi.References
