Hubungan Pemberian Rewards dan Punishment dengan Sikap Disiplin Belajar Siswa
Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between reward and punishment with the discipline attitudes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri Sukaharja Karawang. This research is a quantitative correlation research. The sample in this study were fifth grade students of SD Negeri Sedesa Sukaharja Karawang. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire containing statements. The data from the research results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, namely t-test, from the results of the study it was known that the results of the t-test tcount> ttable were 24.506> 1.672, so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This means that the provision of rewards and punishments with the disciplinary attitude of class V students in Sukaharja Village for the 2020/2021.
