Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of gadgets during limited face-to-face learning (PTMT) for Grade III students at SDN Warungbambu 2 Karawang. This type of research is qualitative research. This study only used 2 students in class III at SDN Warungbambu II in the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation on class III students at SDN Warungbambu II. The results of this study are that gadgets are very influential for behavior as well as student learning concentration during limited face-to-face learning (PTMT). Likewise, the role of parents is very much needed in children's education. This statement is supported by the results of the interviews described above from the results of interviews between researchers and class III teachers, class III students and their parents. Based on the factor of the lack of concentration of students in learning in class during the period (PTMT) with the initials HF and TNA, namely the lack of awareness in using devices during the PTMT period, especially students are more concerned with using devices for their own pleasure, but are still not able to use devices for personal needs.
