Abstract

The research aims to find out if higher order thinking skills in deep scientific studies at PTMT is maximum. The study is a qualitative study with a descriptive qualitative research design. The population used in the study is the entire vmi al mujahiden class of 16 students. By taking a sample of three students from a member of the population. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation to homeroom teachers, and class v students, while the data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and decision making. This study suggests that: (1) higher order thinking skills or advanced thinking skills on science-class v learning was maximum enough, is evident from the interviews performed on v class students, which says science is very easy to understand when the teacher explains it using media or visual AIDS, And when the teacher asks for an individual creativity.(2) the implementation of class v teacher's learning is already heading higher order thinking skills containing 4c and 21st-century learning.
