MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN RESILIENSI AKADEMIK SELAMA PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Kondisi pandemi covid-19 mengakibatkan perubahan yang luar biasa dalam
bidang pendidikan, termasuk dalam hal pembelajaran, yaitu metode pembelajaran yang
secara mendadak harus dilakukan secara jarak jauh atau melalui media pembelajaran daring.
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh motivasi belajar
terhadap resiliensi akademik pada siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Pebayuran selama
pembelajaran jarak jauh di masa pandemi covid-19. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah
195 orang siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 1 Pebayuran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quota
sampling dengan ciri-ciri tertentu sampai jumlah yang sudah ditentukan. Pengambilan data
menggunakan dua skala likert yaitu skala resiliensi akademik dan skala motivasi belajar.
Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil
uji regresi linier sederhana didapatkan nilai sig. sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 (H0 ditolak dan Ha
diterima) dan persamaan regresi yaitu Y = 43,789 + 0,296, maka terdapat pengaruh positif
motivasi belajar terhadap resiliensi akademik.

The condition of the covid-19 pandemic made extraordinary changes in the field
of education, including in terms of learning, namely learning methods that suddenly have to
be carried out remotely or through online learning media. Therefore, the students must have
high resilience. Thus, students can adapt to change in the learning process. The purpose of
this study was to determine whether there is an influence learning motivation on academic
resilience in class VIII students at SMP Negeri 1 Pebayuran during online learning in the
covid-19 pandemic. The subjects in this study amounted to 195 in class VIII students at
SMP Negeri 1 Pebayuran. This study uses associative quantitative researchmethods. The
technique used in this research is quota sampling with certain characteristics up to a
predetermined amount. Data collection used two Likert scales, namely the academic
resilience scale and the learning motivation scale. The data analysis of this research used
simple regression analysis. Based on the results of a simple linear regression test obtained
the value of sig. of 0.001 < 0.05 (H0 is rejected and Ha is accapted) and the regression
equation is Y = 43.789 + 0.296. Then there is a positive influence learning motivation on
academic resilience.
