GAMBARAN SUBJECTIVE CAREER SUCCESS PADA GURU TK DI SEKOLAH X: STUDI FENOMENOLOGIS

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran subjective career success pada guru TK di sekolah X. Subjective career success dapat dipahami sebagai konsep yang merujuk pada persepsi individu mengenai pencapaian dan kepuasan terhadap kariernya secara personal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis fenomenologis menurut Giorgi. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan satu orang guru TK di sekolah X yang sudah bekerja lebih dari satu tahun. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya subjective career success pada guru di sekolah X dengan terungkapnya beberapa dimensi diantaranya authenticity, growth and development, influence, meaningful of work, personal lif, quality of work, recognition, dan satisfaction. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangsih terhadap khazanah keilmuan terutama mengenai subjective career success pada seorang guru.

This study aims to determine the description of subjective career success in kindergarten teachers at school X. Subjective career success can be understood as a concept that refers to an individual's perception of achievement and satisfaction with their career personally. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by in-depth interviews, then analyzed using phenomenological analysis according to Giorgi. Participants in this study used one kindergarten teacher at school X who had worked for more than one year. The results of this study indicate the existence of subjective career success in teachers at school X with the disclosure of several dimensions including authenticity, growth and development, influence, meaningful of work, personal life, quality of work, recognition, and satisfaction. This study is expected to contribute to the body of knowledge, especially regarding subjective career success in a teacher.
