GAMBARAN PROSES KONSELING KASUS KEKERASAN SEKSUAL PADA ANAK DI P2TP2A KARAWANG

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan seksual setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan khususnya kekerasan seksual terhadap anak, dan tragisnya pelaku merupakan orang terdekat. Pelaku bisa berasal dari lingkungan sosial, lingkungan pendidikan bahkan lingkungan keluarga. Dalam menangani kasus kekerasan seksual, P2TP2A tidak hanya mendampingi dari ranah hukum saja. Namun, P2TP2A Karawang mendampingi korban dengan memberikan konseling untuk penanganan konseling untuk penanganan psikologis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Gambaran proses konseling kasus kekerasan seksual pada anak di P2TP2A Karawang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan pedoman wawancara yang disusun berdasarkan teori proses konseling. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah satu orang psikolog yang berperan sebagai konselor di P2TP2A Karawang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses konseling yang dilakukan oleh konselor terdapat tiga tahapan yaitu tahap awal (building rapport), tahap kerja (working) dan tahap akhir (terminasi). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa proses konseling berjalan sesuai dengan kaidah proses konseling. Hal tersebut, diperkuat dengan adanya kualitas konselor di bidang psikologi serta klien yang kooperatif dalam pelaksanaan konseling.

Cases of sexual violence increase every year, especially sexual violence against children, and tragically the perpetrators are the closest people. Perpetrators can come from the social environment, educational environment and even the family environment. In handling cases of sexual violence, P2TP2A does not only assist from the legal realm. However, P2TP2A Karawang assists victims by providing counseling for counseling for psychological treatment. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the counseling process for cases of sexual violence in children at P2TP2A Karawang. This research method uses descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation and interview guidelines prepared based on the theory of the counseling process. Participants in this study were one psychologist who acted as a counselor at P2TP2A Karawang. The results of this study indicate that the counseling process carried out by the counselor has three stages, namely the initial stage (building rapport), the working stage (working) and the final stage (termination). This shows that the counseling process runs according to the rules of the counseling process. This is reinforced by the quality of counselors in the field of psychology and cooperative clients in the implementation of counseling.
