Abstract

This article aims to analyze, synthesize and draw conclusions regarding New Public Management and organizational culture. This article is a literature review study using qualitative methods. The results of this research areNew Public Managementhas an impact on employee performance and organizational culture has an impact on employee performance. The conclusion is New Public Managementand organizational culture will have an impact on employee performance.
