Abstract

Kasus perundungan disekolah masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi guru. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat rancangan psikoedukasi untuk guru dalam melakukan pencegahan perundungan di sekolah, Materi yang dirancang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan guru, dalam penelitian ini peneliti mendapatkan data aspek-aspek psikologis yang bisa dijadikan materi dalam rancangan psikoedukasi pencegahan perundungan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru SMP di Kota Bandung dengan kriteria sebagai wali kelas. Teknik total sampling/ sampling jenuh digunakan dalam penelitian dalam menentukan subjek dimana sampling jenuh adalah sampel yang mewakili jumlah populasi. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan menggunakan 3 kuesioner yaitu  Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), Authoritative School Climate Survey-Teacher Version (ASCS-TV), dan Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (Bandura). Peneltian ini juga menjelaskan hasil analisis kebutuhan yang dilakukan pada penelitian sebelumnya yang memberikan kontribusi data dalam proses perancangan psikoedukasi sebagai intervensi perundungan siswa SMP. Racangan Psikoedukasi didasarkan pada tahapan psikoedukasi kelompok yang direkomendasikan oleh Susan Furr.


Cases of bullying in schools are still unfinished work for teachers. The purpose of this study was to create a psychoeducational design for teachers in preventing bullying in schools. The materials were designed according to the needs of teachers. In this study, researchers obtained data on psychological aspects that could be used as material in the psychoeducational design of bullying prevention. The subject of this research is a junior high school teacher in the city of Bandung with the criteria as a homeroom teacher. Total sampling/saturated sampling technique is used in research in determining the subject where saturated sampling is a sample that represents the total population. The quantitative method used in this study, using 3 questionnaires, namely the Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI), the Authoritative School Climate Survey-Teacher Version (ASCS-TV), and the Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (Bandura). This study also explains the results of the needs analysis conducted in previous studies that contributed data in the process of designing psychoeducation as an intervention for bullying junior high school students. Psychoeducational design is based on the stage of group psychoeducation recommended by Susan Furr.
