GAMBARAN PEMBELAJARAN PADA MASA PANDEMIC COVID 19 DI KELURAHAN KARANGPAWITAN KECAMATAN KARAWANG BARAT

Abstract

Pada akhir Desember 2019, terdapat wabah penyakit Covid 19 atau bisa di sebut
Coronavirus Disease. Dampak dari Covid 19 ini meliputi baik sektor ekonomi,
sektor politik, dan sektor Pendidikan. Pada sektor pendidikan contohnya,
terdapat di Kelurahan Karangpawitan 24 sekolah terpaksa ditutup baik sekolah
negeri maupun swasta dengan adanya Pandemi Covid 19 ini. Dampak paling
terasa adalah berubahnya struktur pembelajaran yang biasanya dilakukan secara
tatap muka di sekolah berubah menjadi Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh (PJJ), baik itu
Daring (Dalam Jaringan), maupun Luring (Luar Jaringan). Sehingga adanya
proses pembelajaran seperti ini sangat berdampak tidak efektif dan tidak
kondusif bagi peserta didik, karena peserta didik hanya memperoleh
materi/infomasi melalui daring atau social media berupa Whatsap, dan
pendidik/guru hanya memberikan tugas PR yang begitu banyak. Demikian,
peserta didik merasa pembelajaran saat ini membosankan dan minat untuk
belajar pun berkurang karena komunikasi bersifat komunikasi tidak langsung
yang artinya proses pembelajaran dilakukan dengan perantaraan dalam bentuk
media cetak maupun multimedia yang dirancang khusus oleh pendidik atau
guru. Sehingga ada solusi/cara untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa yaitu
dengan dilakukannya Home Visit.

At the end of December 2019, there was an outbreak of Covid 19 or it could be
called Coronavirus Disease. The impact of Covid 19 includes both the economic
sector, the political sector, and the education sector. In the education sector, for
example, in Karangpawitan Village 24 schools were forced to close both public
and private schools due to the Covid 19 Pandemic. The most pronounced impact
is the change in the structure of learning that is usually done face-to-face in
schools to become Distance Learning (PJJ), both online (online) and offline
(offline). So that the existence of a learning process like this has a very
ineffective and not conducive impact on students, because students only get
material / information through online or social media in the form of Whatsap,
and educators / teachers only give so many homework assignments. Thus,
students feel that learning is currently boring and their interest in learning is
reduced because communication is indirect communication, which means that
the learning process is carried out by mediating in the form of printed and
multimedia media specially designed by educators or teachers. So that there is
a solution / way to increase student interest in learning, namely by doing a Home
Visit.
