Abstract

Sirnajati Village has significant potential in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This study aims to analyze and identify the challenges faced and develop strategies for the growth of Nia Nurseha's chip MSME in Sirnajati Village, Cibarusah Subdistrict, Bekasi Regency, as a key sector in enhancing the local economy. The research employs a qualitative approach involving observation, interviews, and documentation presented as data. The results indicate that Nia Nurseha's chip MSME faces various challenges, including marketing, human resources, technological adoption, and socio-economic factors, which hinder optimal development. Therefore, KKN students have assisted Nia Nurseha's chip MSME by introducing digital marketing or E-commerce to expand the marketing reach of the products.
