Abstract

Arfan Snack Banana Chips MSME is a food processing company that buys and sells chips. The implementation of marketing, brand image promotion, and online media strategies in companies has not been realized. Therefore, there is no social digital media advertising like Instagram. This mentoring activity uses direct observation at MSME locations and interviews with business owners. Based on the data collected, several problems were identified, such as MSME managers who do not understand the importance of brand image for the company and how to use the internet and social media as a means of promotion. This project aims to design a brand identity in the form of a logo and an online advertising strategy through a digital media platform in the form of Instagram. The service activity ended by sending the results of the logo design, Instagram account, and location maps to Arfan Snack MSMEs. Along with coaching and consulting for online digital media promotion strategies.
