IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM PENCEGAHAN BULLYING TERHADAP SISWA KELAS V DI SDN I CIKAMPEK PUSAKA

Abstract

Bullying among students has become an increasingly troubling issue in educational settings. This phenomenon not only causes serious psychological impact to the victims, but also disrupts a conducive learning climate in schools. Understanding the alarming escalation of this problem, the practitioner made an activity report with the theme of implementing a Bullying prevention training program for grade V students at SDN Cikampek Pusaka I Karawang. Focusing on a preventive approach, this program aims to increase students' understanding of the concept of Bullying, its impact, and prevention strategies. This activity involves design and implementation with methods such as Bullying awareness training, brave skills development, and role simulation. which was attended by 27 fifth grade students of SDN Cikampek Pusaka I. The result was an increase in knowledge gained by the students. As a result, there is an increase in knowledge gained by students after following the material regarding the definition of Bullying, its negative impact, and strategies to prevent and overcome Bullying incidents at school.
